Creating a new user in Vista
1. Click the "Start" button. When the menu opens click "Control Panel" on the right hand side.
2. Scroll down the Control Panel window until you get to "User Accounts." Click the user accounts icon and then click "Manage another account" from the window that pops open.
3. Right underneath the box that appears which contains your own account and a guest account you will see a selection that reads "Create a new account," you'll want to select that choice.
4. The next box that opens will ask you whether or not you want your new account to be a "Standard" account or an "Administrator" account. If you choose a standard account that user/person will not be able to make any changes to the computer (very limited). They can change their own space but it will not affect anything else. If you choose to make that user an "administrator" they can pretty much do anything on your computer.
That's it! You can now use this account to log in to Windows Vista.
