Remote Desktop Support

Do you have a software related problem? Why not try our Remote Desktop Support service? It's extremely easy and more affordable than on-site support. To be eligible all you need is a computer that can get on the desktop and have a valid internet connection!

How Remote Desktop Support Works

Download our Remote Desktop Support client.

Once you have download the file in the link above, extract the contents of the .Zip file to your desktop and double click on it.

This is what it will look like. Once you have called us and arranged the remote desktop support session, you will need to double click where it says "Remote Desktop Support" in the white area.

Your computer will send a signal to our technicians computer, once we accept the connection, we will have direct access to your desktop. We can then perform any necessary repairs as required.

Note that this connection will be active only when you have initiated it using our application. It is programmed to only allow our computer to have access (using IP Address security). You don't have to worry about unauthorised access or other security issues.
