Option #1: Casual Support

Our casual support rates are realistic and affordable. Our team of technicians will provide remote, telephone and on-site support to ensure minimum down time of your IT systems. This option is good for small business of 20 or less computers.

Our casual support offer is valid in Sydney CBD and all suburbs. If you enquire about casual support this month, you will be eligible for 1 hour of FREE support.

Option #2: Nitro Support Plan

Our Nitro Support plan is our most popular plan. For a small monthly fee, you are provided with a wide variety of support features. These include the following.

Same day emergency visits
Access to Help Desk 8x5
5 hours of remote, telephone and on-site support per month
24x7 monitoring of your enviroment, inc. services such as Exchange
FREE server maintenance visit to perform regular servicing and tasks
Provide any necessary computer repairs

From $449.00 ex. GST per month

The Nitro plan is recommended for a small business network of up to 20 PC's and 1-3 Servers. The 5 hours of support is generally enough with the option to add further support hours at discounted rates.

Option #3: Alpha Support Plan

Our Alpha Support Plan is recommended for a complete IT solution. We will take complete control of all of your IT equipment and provide support from start to finish. This plan comes with a monthly fee and consists of the following features.

Same day emergency visits
Access to Help Desk 24x7
10 hours of remote, telephone and on-site support per month
24x7 monitoring of your enviroment, inc. services such as Exchange
FREE server maintenance visit to perform regular servicing and tasks
Provide any necessary computer repairs
Verify the status of Antivirus and rectify any virus or spyware issues
Ensure a data backup plan is in place and working, disaster recovery plan

From $749.00 ex. GST per month

The Alpha plan is recommended for a small-medium business network of up to 40 PC's and 1-10 Servers. The 10 hours of support is generally enough with the option to add further hours at discounted rates.
